About Anthony Perez

 

Anthony Perez is known as one of the lead Performance Enhancement Specialists.  Anthony’s dynamic and scientific methods to training have helped dozens of professional athletes and everyday clients alike improve not just physically, but efficiently.  Anthony is the personal performance trainer for numerous NFL players including Super Bowl Champions Brandon Marshall (Denver Broncos) and Malik Jackson (Philadelphia Eagles), actress/singer Lil Mama, and makeup artist Shayla Mitchell. 

Anthony’s innovative approach to training stretches beyond the normal standard of traditional methods (lifting weights, incorporating cardiovascular/aerobic exercise, etc). While both forms of training are vital to his own methods, Anthony also incorporates a balance of functional movements, tailored around stability, corrective exercises, plyometrics, and metabolic training. As each training dynamic serves an essential role, Anthony tactically balances each person’s training regimen to strategically expose and strengthen a person’s weaknesses, develop their strengths, and most importantly, have every client feeling better about their health and/or physical performance.

Anthony attended San Jose State University and studied strength and conditioning and rehabilitative exercise for injuries and prevention as a Kinesiology major at SJSU.  Following his education he then studied and mentored under a speed specialist in the Hollywood/Los Angeles area, where Anthony first started his career as a Performance Trainer, specializing in strength and conditioning.  Today, Anthony still continues to further his knowledge and practice in functional training and corrective exercise.

When he isn’t hard at work, Anthony enjoys training and mentoring young athletes and preparing them for all challenges in and out of their respective sports.
