NFL TRAINING

The season favors the prepared.

The purpose of training is always BIGGER FASTER STRONGER. Where that has always been the goal, it goes much deeper than that. Speed and strength are only as relative as health and availability allow.

Strength efficiency is the foundation of my NFL Training Program. Are you able to perform at the same level as the start of a game as when you finish a game? Do you feel just as good in November-December as you did in September?

My offseason and in-season training programs are designed around stress management on the body before anything else. Poor stress management (the cumulative of practices, games, and the weight room), is spread throughout the week too often, never allowing the body to recover when it needs to, and, hence, perform when it needs to.

Training is not limited to pure strength and speed; having its rightful time and place to go along with plyometrics, metabolic training, corrective exercise, stability, agility, core dynamics, and more. With me, training prioritizes efficiency and longevity; enhancing what athletes already do great without wasting stress on any unnecessary reps that are not essential to how an athlete performs.
